PhoenixPrint.shop is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Technical difficulties may also cause delays, and rush charges/fees may be refunded or waived in such cases, but technical issues will not warrant order cancellations.

Customer Supplied Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to PhoenixPrint.shop due to a customer's address error, we will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
