    Refund and Return Policy for PhoenixPrint.shop

    1. Order Approval:

    Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving their final proof and layout before the printing process commences. PhoenixPrint.shop shall not be held liable for errors in the final product arising from:

    - Language and grammar
    - Graphics
    - Bleeds
    - Damaged fonts
    - Overprinting
    - Form fields
    - Files not built to template or page order

    2. Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics:

    All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format. PhoenixPrint.shop is not responsible for any color shifts resulting from conversions from RGB or spot colors to CMYK mode. Additionally, all artwork, designs, and images must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and be in CMYK color mode. PhoenixPrint.shop is not responsible for the printing of fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated images caused by customer-provided artwork.

    3. Color Proofing and Matching:

    PhoenixPrint.shop does not guarantee color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement but not color or density. Variations in color between color proofs and the completed job are expected due to differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions. Such variations shall be deemed an acceptable delivery. PhoenixPrint.shop will make reasonable efforts to match color gradients, but final color appearance may be affected by stock and coatings. PhoenixPrint.shop is not liable for the final color appearance of its products.

    4. Trimming and Folding:

    While PhoenixPrint.shop will strive for accurate trimming and folding according to order specifications and artwork, up to 0.0625" of trimming and folding variance on each side is not covered by liability. The design of the artwork should not depend on exact trimming or fold dimensions.

    5. Order Cancellation:

    Orders can be canceled upon request via support ticket until the imposition process begins, subject to applicable cancellation charges. A store credit or credit card refund will be issued, minus any labor hours (proofing, file adjustments, etc.) or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.). If a job is already imposed but cancellation may still be possible, a minimum cancellation charge of $25 per job applies. Once an order is successfully placed, no refunds are issued for file adjustment services.

    6. Returns and Refunds:

    As each order is unique and has no resale value, all sales are considered final. PhoenixPrint.shop will only offer a reprint, credit, or refund if an error is verified. Customers must notify PhoenixPrint.shop within 10 business days of receiving the order to report any defects. PhoenixPrint.shop may request the return of the printed material before processing a reprint, credit, or refund.

    Order Shipping and Delivery:

    Turnaround times are estimates, and PhoenixPrint.shop will make reasonable efforts to prevent delays. However, PhoenixPrint.shop is not liable for consequential damages resulting from shipment or delivery delays. Orders are F.O.B. the PhoenixPrint.shop Plant, and customers should contact their selected courier for any shipping issues. PhoenixPrint.shop is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Technical difficulties may also cause delays, and rush charges/fees may be refunded or waived in such cases, but technical issues will not warrant order cancellations.

    8. Customer Supplied Incorrect Address:

    If a package is returned to PhoenixPrint.shop due to a customer's address error, we will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

    9. Overruns and Underruns:

    Overruns and underruns not exceeding 5% of the quantity ordered will be considered acceptable delivery.

    This refund and return policy is effective as of [Effective Date] and may be subject to updates or modifications at PhoenixPrint.shop's discretion. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
